CarsTXT ("CarsTXT", "we", "us") operates carstxt.com and is based in Austin, Texas. This policy describes the information we collect when you visit the site or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have.

• Information you give us: your name, email address, phone number, the topic you are interested in, and anything you write in our contact or reservation form.
• Information collected automatically: basic technical data such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view and the time of your visit. Our hosting provider records this to keep the site secure and running.
• Payment information: if you place a refundable reservation deposit, your payment is processed by our payment provider (such as Stripe or Square). Card details go directly to that provider; we never see or store your full card number.

3. Consultation requests

When you submit our consultation form, the details you enter are sent to our team by email or through our form service so we can reply and schedule a call. We use what you send only to respond to your request and follow up on the program you asked about.

4. Cookies, analytics and third-party services

We do not currently run advertising trackers on carstxt.com. The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which may set strictly necessary cookies for security and performance. Fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when fonts are delivered to your browser. If we add analytics or advertising tools in the future, we will update this policy and describe how you can opt out. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time.

The site and its content, including the fleet calculator and all projections, are provided "as is" for general information only. Figures are illustrative estimates, not guarantees of results, and are not investment, legal, tax or financial advice. Vehicle availability, pricing and network terms are set by third parties and may change.

15. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CarsTXT is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute relating to the site will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.
